From a humble background, Dr. Ansah has gone through the mill to become an inspiration to many students and people in society.
With about 2 decades of teaching experience at the secondary and tertiary levels of education in Ghana, he has acquired teaching experience and skills that is admired by students he has taught so far as well as his colleagues. With a wealth of experience from research institutions and development organizations, Dr. Ansah commands a lot of data collection, curation and analytical skills that makes him the first choice students consult for their thesis and academic reports. With his bachelor training in agricultural economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, and both master degree in Management, Economics and Consumer Studies and PhD degree in Economics and Policy from Wageningen University and Research, The Netherlands, Dr. Ansah has mastered the econometric and quantitative methods toolkit that distinguish him from his contemporaries.
Dr. Ansah is a devoted lecturer, researcher, and consultant, with the hallmarks of excellence, transparency, humility, affability, resilience, and competence. His research interests border on the nexus between risks and resilience of food systems, farm and consumer economics, as well as applied econometric studies.
